Pre-K and Learning Center

Educational Philosophy

Children are a Blessing and a Gift from the Lord. Psalm 127:3

Ringgold First Baptist Church’s Pre-K program is a Christ centered preschool that teaches a love of learning through hands on activities and play. Our program values children and believes in families. We encourage parental involvement as much as possible, offering many chances for you to take part and to be more aware of the exciting things your child is enjoying and learning. We sponsor this program as a ministry to provide a learning environment that will help preschoolers grow as Jesus grew; “And Jesus increased in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and man.” Luke 2:52.

A child develops mentally, physically, spiritually, socially, and emotionally. We are committed to providing biblically based age appropriate experiences to allow each child to progress in these areas at his/her own level of ability while enjoying feelings of success. This is primarily done through hands-on center based activities (Manipulatives, Math, Dramatic Play, Science and Nature, Sensory, Writing, Reading, Art and Crafts), Music and Movement, Chapel and Bible memory verses, Cooking and Science experiments, the use of one-to-one verbal directions, while building social skills with peers and their community.

We have served the families and children of the community since 1969. The focus of our center is to offer faith based learning, teaching the love of Christ and good self image, while creating a love of learning that prepares them for success in their future years of education.

Registration Forms & Parent Agreement

Hello!
First off we want to start off by saying how much we appreciate all of the outpouring love and faithfulness you have shown for our little school. We have had an abundant amount of families bring in registration forms for our fall semester which is fantastic with it being so early. All spots have already filled up quickly and we have now started a waiting list for our 3 and 4 year old classrooms. If you are interested in our fall semester, we do now ask that you please call or email the school to make sure we have spots available for your child’s age group before turning in forms/fees   In all my years of being with this school, I have never seen spots fill up so quickly, which absolutely makes our hearts soar. Thank you all again so much for trusting us with your children.
We appreciate you all so much.
